Intended use

The Fully Automated HbA1c Analyzer is used in conjunction with suitable reagents for the quantitative detection of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in human blood.The positioning of our instrument is for institutions with 10-30 daily samples, our instrument is a light rapid test equipment. The instrument weighs only 25kgs, the detection speed is 90s/test with a 10“ large LCD touch screen.

Principle

Glycosylation of hemoglobin results in a loss of surface cations that are uncharged, and non-glycosylated hemoglobin is positively charged.

According to the different charged properties of hemoglobin, several hemoglobin components including HbA1c were separated by high performance liquid chromatography using cleaning solutions of different pH values and ionic strengths. The stationary phase used is a weakly acidic cation exchanger.

The mobile phase in the solution reservoir enters the injector via the HPLC pump, where it is mixed with the sample.Each component of the mixture passes through the chromatographic column at different rates, and each component flows out of the chromatographic column sequentially due to the different adsorption capacities between each component and the stationary phase in the chromatographic column.Then, the component concentration is converted into an electrical signal and transmitted to the HPLC software of the computer, and the generated waste liquid enters the waste liquid bottle. After the operation is completed, the chromatogram can be obtained in the HPLC software.
